Chef Ryan Shelton and our team have developed a thoughtful,
aesthetically pleasing menu, which highlights the beauty of red,
orange, blue, green, violet, and black using various textures and
techniques. Delve into color theory and expound upon the meanings and messages of colors, and the ways in which they draw reaction and incite emotion.
Color Theory explores the art and science of color through 10 monochromatic courses.
