As winter wanes, Nature returns to her fullest glory with the blush of spring. A bounty of flowers bursts into bloom, filling the air with their bouquet and the flutter of hummingbirds and honeybees.
We've created a 11-course menu of dishes celebrating the beauty and flavor of flowers and highlighting the glory of Spring's return. Featuring savory applications such as Jasmine Tea-Smoked Duck to Braised Lamb Campanelle with harissa and rose halva; as well as dulcet dishes of a Milk and Honey Fantasy to a Hazelnut Fuschia hummingbird.
